Help underprivileged children suffering from mental illness

Welcome to The FACE to FACE Foundation

Do Your Part to Help Underprivileged Kids Suffering with Serious Mental Illness

First off, we would like to WELCOME you to our site and say THANK YOU to all of our friends, donors, and sponsors that helped to make the Third Annual FACE to FACE Foundation Charity Fundraiser such a success. The support and generosity of the community was remarkable. We are in the process of planning for next year’s event right now and hope everyone will join us for another great evening of food, drink, and entertainment.

What is The FACE to FACE Foundation

The FACE to FACE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to assist underprivileged, uninsured/underinsured children and adolescents in need of crisis intervention, stabilization, and partial hospitalization program psychiatric services.  The FACE to FACE Foundation supports the work of the FACE to FACE Crisis Intervention and Day Program, a comprehensive 5 to 7 day program established by Dr. Ismail B. Sendi and New Oakland Child-Adolescent and Family Center.  This short term innovative program utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to assess, intervene and empower the family to work to resolution of the psychiatric crisis.  The FACE to FACE Program provides counseling and support to over 1,000 area families each year.  Please feel free to contact The FACE to FACE Foundation today for more details about our grant awards toward child-adolescent mental health treatment.
